– Correct quantities, sizes, colors, and specifications.
Simbo Printing is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
3. Design Approval
Where a design proof or preview is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving it before printing.
Once a design has been approved, Simbo Printing may proceed with production. Errors identified after approval that resulted from customer-provided information or approval may be subject to additional charges.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices may vary depending on the type of service, materials, quantity, size, design requirements, and production time.
We may require full or partial payment before beginning production.
An order will not necessarily be considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received.
5. Production and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times may vary depending on the nature and quantity of an order.
Delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, power interruptions, material shortages, transportation problems, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where delivery is available, delivery charges may apply separately.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Customers should request changes or cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.
Once production or printing has started, cancellation may not be possible, and payments or deposits may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred.
Additional charges may apply for significant changes requested after design approval or production has begun.
7. Returns, Reprints and Defective Products
Customers should inspect printed products upon receipt.
If an item contains a significant printing or production defect caused by Simbo Printing, please contact us within a reasonable period after receiving the order.
Where appropriate, we may offer a correction, replacement, or reprint.
We are generally not responsible for defects or errors caused by:
– Incorrect information provided by the customer;
– Low-quality or unsuitable files supplied by the customer;
– Customer-approved design errors;
– Normal variations in color, paper, fabric, or printing processes;
– Damage caused after delivery or collection.
8. Customer-Supplied Content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, text, or other materials supplied to Simbo Printing.
You must not submit content that violates applicable laws or infringes another person’s intellectual-property or other legal rights.
Simbo Printing reserves the right to refuse an order involving unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Simbo Printing retains ownership of its original design concepts, templates, graphics, and other proprietary materials created by us.
Customer-provided logos, photographs, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Payment for a printing service does not automatically transfer ownership of Simbo Printing’s underlying design files or intellectual property unless expressly agreed.
10. Website Use
You agree to use simboprint.et only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website;
– Interfere with website security or operation;
– Upload malicious software or harmful code;
– Use the website for fraudulent activities;
– Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
